Washington State Print - Mount Rainier

• 13" x 19" archival giclee print

Washington is the only U.S. state named after a president. Which is ironic because it's original proposed name, “Columbia” was deemed too similar to the “District of Columbia”. Good thing the two were distinguished more clearly… Mount Rainier has the highest topographic prominence of any mountain in the lower 48 states, and is also considered one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world.
